EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICIES
Terms and Conditions
- We accept returns up to 15 days after receipt of goods (same model, same color, …)
- Returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form.
- Worldwide use this form
- Returned goods must be unused & supplied with their original packaging, any items returned without packaging may be liable for an administration charge. Customers are responsible for ensuring returns arrive in good condition.
- We cannot accept returns of items that have been personalized e.g. special order
- Goods must be returned with relevant promotional/free gifts, bar any literature.
- Mototwist reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of goods deemed to have been purchased for anything other than private use. This includes agencies, individuals and companies using the Mototwist ecommerce platform and returns process to procure goods for commercial purposes.
Please note that all shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility.
Refunds
If you wish for a refund of the amount, the maximum term for requesting a refund is of 30 working days as of the date of reception of the order. The product has to be checked by Mototwist and must be in non use conditions and with the original packaging.
Freight cost is customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.
The refund will be made using the original payment method.
Defective product
If you receive a defective product you must contact to Mototwist. Once Mototwist checks the product it will be changed immediately by a new brand article. Mototwist assumes the shipments costs.
Exchanges
In case of a size exchange Mototwist offers a shared freight costs policy:
- Customers will assume the freight cost of the returning items (with the shipping company of their election).
All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility.
